Serapias parviflora

Η Serapias αυτή ξεχωρίζει λόγω των πολύ μικρών ανθών της τα οποία είναι σχετικά ανοιχτόχρωμα. Το τμήμα του χείλους που εξέχει του θόλου, είναι μικρό, το πολύ 10 χιλιοστά. Τα βασικά φύλλα είναι μεγάλα και φτάνουν ως την αρχή της ταξιανθίας (βλέπε διαφάνεια Νο2). Ανθίζει σχετικά αργά, από Απρίλιο-Μάιο.
This orchid of the genus Serapias, is distinguished by the extremely small flowers, which are rather light colored. The epichile is very short, ≤ 10mm. Contrary, the basal leaves are long, reaching the lower part of the inflorescence (as you may see in slide No2). Flowering time: April-May.
